Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Murphy Beds & Wall Beds PNW, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Murphy bed we install. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies for our custom Murphy beds only and to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your bed in its original installation location. All mechanisms will be covered by our supplier and under their warranty terms. We have the right to charge service fee and any other fees necessary. Other Murphy Bed projects are a limited 1 year warranty.  Warranty is at the complete discretion of Murphy Beds & Wall Beds PNW. 

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our Murphy beds and wall beds, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once fabrication has begun. Each piece is built specifically to your measurements, finish selections, and design preferences.

If you have questions or concerns about your order before production, please contact us immediately so we can review and confirm all details. Should any defects in materials or workmanship arise after installation, our Limited Lifetime Warranty will address necessary repairs or replacements. Thank you for understanding that because every bed is uniquely crafted for your space, we cannot accommodate returns.
